My Story Time this weekend is the poem I wrote that I’m thinking of using for my composition competition. Please let me know what you think of it. (I’m not going for rhyming here, just poetic phrases. Also thinking of translating it in to Spanish- anyone speak that fluently?)
I have the need to see you,
And no way to be near you.
My love for you is endless,
And yet it ends at the coast of the sea.
Some lovers are profound in intensity,
But our love has no chance to bloom.

My Story Time for the week is Robert Burns’ Auld Lang Syne. I’ve loved this poem since I was little, mostly in song, but especially when my Grandpa used to read it to me. Little bit of an accent. Sorry.
My story time for this week.
The Lady of Shalott.
Sorry my voice sucks today.
This is my Story Time of the week-a passage from Ringworld, the book from which I was named.
I don’t like the character I was named after, but oh well. Louis is my favorite.
Enjoy!

This is my Story Time for the week!
It’s from a book called By The Time You Read This I’ll Be Dead, by Julie Anne Peters. It’s about a girl trying to commit suicide.
I read this after I tried to commit suicide myself, so it means a lot to me. I identify with the main character to this day, even though I have more control over my brain and depression. The book really helped me get through the healing process. The book means more to me than I can ever really relay, so I hope I did it justice.
Enjoy.
This is the To The Last Syllable Of Recorded Time monologue (or the She Should Have Died Hereafter or That One From Act 5 Scene 4) from Macbeth. Also spoken by Macbeth.
I have a passion for Shakespeare. Macbeth is my favorite (Much Ado About Nothing is a very close second). When we saw a not so great version of this in English I decided to record my own version.
I have played Macbeth before. He’s a fun role. Unfortunately, the festival at which we performed cut us off after the Third Act, so I never got to perform this on stage. I still love it though.
And, because I’m away and don’t have time to work on the story I’d been doing, I’m using this as my story time.
(Ellen Terry as Lady Macbeth)
So this is part two of the story time I did last week.
Sorry about my morning voice XD
Enjoy~

My first Story Time!
About a family and a straggler. It’s fantasy~
I hope you enjoy!

It’s my first time doing something like this, so it’s probably going to be short.
